Why Should We Hire You?” Answers

A tricky question that mostly interviewer ask suddenly when everything is going good in an interview.

So why an employer asks you in the middle of an interview “Why should we hire you?” You suddenly go blank after listening to this? Actually with this question, employer is basically asking you to showcase you attitude and show him your confident.

Basically, I personally feel that this is the right time to wow them with your confident level and your attitude. This is an opportunity to highlight your most impressive strengths and describe your most selling points (It  might be your technical skills or inter-personal skills).

You may include below point to highlight yourself.

1. Your Industry experience
2. Experience in performing certain tasks or duties
3. Technical skills
4. Soft skills
5. Awards/accolades
6. Education/training

Example 1

Yes, sir. you are here to hire the best one, so I have good skills that will fit into your company and always work for the betterment of the organizational growth and you are always giving the opportunity to the best one. So I like to join as a part of your company.

Example 2

Sir, I am fresher and I have theoretical knowledge. If you will hire me, it is a good opportunity for me because I will get a platform to further grow my skill and experience of practical knowledge. With the all of them, I will get a chance to prove myself is worthy of our company. I will try to make my level best.
